of Hongkong to apply to the Privy Council for Special Leave to appeal in forma pauperis from the conviction and sentence death of the above named Ibrahim by the Supreme Court of Hongkong. We have lodged a Petition at the Privy Council offices and have been directed to give you notice of this.
